Commentary

This seems fair. You would have to be an absolute monster to try and flush a nappy down a toilet. Tea bags is weird though. Who the hell is flushing tea bags down the toilet in a car park? Presumably some event in the past caused them to add that to the sign. No one would come up with those three things as the specific non-flushables without some prior negative experience. They didn’t mention clothes though, so I stripped to my pants and tried to flush my clothes.
