Commentary

Pleasingly the image of the toilet paper (the only thing you can flush) is hung the correct way. Though obviously that is not at all how the toilet paper is dispensed. It’s sheet at a time from a plastic box.

“Rubbish” is an interesting contra-indication, given that nothing you put in toilet and try to flush would be considered “not-rubbish”.

No indication at all of what you are supposed to do instead.
